During your training, you’ll become a valued specialist who installs, inspects, maintains, and repairs household appliances directly at customer sites. You’ll often be on the road, working independently or in pairs, and communicating directly with customers.
In addition to technical skills, you'll develop professionalism, problem-solving ability, and a customer-focused approach. You’ll learn on the job – guided by experienced service technicians who support you step by step as you grow into your role.
This three-year apprenticeship as an Automation Technician with Federal VET Diploma begins with a solid foundation in electrical and mechanical engineering. You’ll attend vocational school, take part in inter-company courses, and receive additional internal training.
By alternating between theory and hands-on experience, you’ll develop into a skilled professional. You’ll learn to analyze technical problems, carry out efficient repairs, and gain confidence using modern diagnostic tools – all while applying your knowledge directly in the field.
