FAQ

SIBIR Service Technician oven
  • The “EasyCook” function offers helpful standard settings for more than 100 selected foods – for quick and safe preparation without choosing a recipe. Simply select the desired food under “EasyCook” and the appliance will suggest one or more cooking methods straight away. The choice of foods and recipes can be customised. The “Nutrition style” filter setting allows unnecessary foods to be removed at the press of a button: such as meat if the user is vegetarian. The “National cuisines” filter expands the range of dishes with country-specific recipes and can be quickly adapted to the personal cooking culture.

  • A CombairSteamer fits best into an existing kitchen niche of a conventional oven or cooker (762 niche). These appliances combine a complete oven with steam functions. CombairSteamers offer the steam programs of steamers as well as the usual functions of an oven including convection oven, top/bottom heat and grill. If the kitchen niche can be enlarged, the classic combination of a 45 oven and a 45 CombiSteamer is recommended. This provides the benefit of two cooking chambers.

  • A fitted cooker is always installed beneath the worktop and features buttons for controlling the hobs. An oven is typically installed into a tall cabinet unit at eye level. This makes the appliance more convenient and ergonomic to use.

  • Cooking with steam is the most gentle way to prepare food. Vitamins, minerals, trace elements as well as the colour and flavours of the ingredients are largely retained, making it easier to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Here are the advantages of our steamers at a glance:

    • Operating modes – configurations for individual cooking.
    • Cooking automation – select an option and the appliance takes care of almost everything itself.
    • EasyCook – configuration tips with suggestions for the right operating mode.
    • Sous-vide cooking with the “Vacuisine” function.
  • The key benefits:

    • More efficient, more powerful, more controlled and quicker steaming.
    • Faster climate control.
    • Needs-based consumption of water and energy.
    • After the cooking process, the water is pumped back into the water container.
    • No standing water in the water pipes.
  • The advantages compared to traditional ovens with top/bottom heat can be observed in the excellent baking results. The SIBIR convection concept achieves a far more efficient distribution of hot air, since the actual hot air circulates in the cooking chamber and the heat is evenly applied to the top and bottom of the food. Moreover, the convection system allows simultaneous baking on two levels.

  • Heating is provided by the heating elements at the top and bottom of the cooking chamber. This is suitable for cakes, biscuits, bread and roasts. A dark, enamelled tray should be used for crisp results.

  • Heating is provided by the bottom heating element, enabling the intense baking of the cake base and sterilisation of containers. We recommend using a dark, enamelled tray for crisp results.

  • The air in the cooking chamber is heated by the heating element behind the hot air diffuser plate and evenly circulated. The function is suitable for cakes, biscuits, bread and roasts on two levels. Select a temperature around 20°C lower than for top/bottom heat.

  • The “PizzaPlus” program combines convection with bottom heat, making the base of the pizza, quiche or fruit tart wonderfully crisp.

  • The “PizzaPlus” program combines convection with bottom heat. This gives pizzas, Italian focaccias, quiches or tarts a golden brown surface and a crispy base.

  • The patented tender cooking function guarantees an automatic, dynamic control of the core temperature. Meat becomes tender, stays juicy and is perfectly cooked. In combination with the new three-point cooking sensor, the meat is ideally prepared at the press of a button – for the desired serving time and degree of cooking.

  • “Pro baking” allows you to achieve sensationally fresh baking results, such as bread, just like from the baker. “Pro baking” combines convection with steam. This gives the bread a wonderful flavour and the program is also ideal for sweet or savoury pastry.

  • The warming drawer allows plates to be preheated or dishes to be kept warm.

  • The descaling indicator will appear on the text display every 6 to 18 months, depending on the water hardness and the intensity of use. The descaling indicator is not a mandatory warning; you can continue to use the appliance and freely choose when to descale. Descaling is quite easy to perform.

  • The high-tech solution when it comes to cleaning aids. Thanks to the specially developed enamel coating, less work is needed to clean the cooking chamber or baking trays. The excellent non-stick property allows all residues to be easily and effortlessly removed with a damp cloth.

  • Ovens with pyrolysis almost clean themselves. The special pyrolysis cleaning program turns dirt into ash by heating the cooking chamber to an extremely high temperature. The ash can then be removed with a damp cloth. Pyrolysis is available as an option for appliances from convenience level V4000.

  • To achieve an optimum effect, switch on the extractor around 3-5 minutes before cooking. This creates an air flow in the kitchen that removes steam and odours in good time. Fresh air must also be supplied at the same time to avoid negative pressure and promote odour extraction. It is therefore important to observe the following: Always open a window when using the extractor. Allow the extractor to run for a further 5-10 minutes after cooking. Many extractors offer an automatic delayed shut-off function for this purpose. In particular, frying pans should be kept under the extractor as long as they are hot, since these can still produce odours after cooking.

If unpleasant odours nonetheless persist, a mixture of vinegar and lemon water can be heated for half an hour with the extractor switched on; this allows clean air to be restored in the kitchen.

  • Extractors with an automatic delayed shut-off function continue to extract remaining cooking odours for a while after cooking and deactivation (around 5 to 20 minutes). The extractor hood then automatically switches off. If the appliance is used in air circulation mode, the activated carbon filter can dry the base area, as is also the case for extractor fans (which extract odours downwards; downdraft systems). This useful function is integrated in various extractor hoods and downdraft systems and is activated by pressing the pictured clock button at the end of the cooking process.

  • The exhaust duct should be as short as possible and include as few curves and bends as possible. Ideally, it should have a diameter of 150 mm. Every additional metre of exhaust duct as well as each additional bend increases resistance and reduces the performance of the extractor. An unsuitable exhaust duct cannot be offset by a more powerful extractor hood. This would simply lead to an increase in losses as well as the noise level. Avoid reducing the diameter of the exhaust duct wherever possible, as this also results in increasing the noise level due to the higher flow speed.

  • The better the extractor hood covers the hob, the greater the extraction performance. Pull-out extractors are therefore highly effective. In the case of wall-mounted and island units, most of the hob should be covered by the extractor hood.

  • All metal grease filters should be cleaned at least every two months (or more often for more intense use or when the noise level increases). Extractor hoods that feature a saturation indicator provide a reminder for regular cleaning. A metal grease filter can be soaked by hand and cleaned with a gentle washing-up liquid. Of course, it can also be conveniently cleaned in the dishwasher by selecting an intense cleaning program. When cleaning a grease filter with such a program, do not place any other crockery or cutlery in the dishwasher.

  • Some extractor hoods are equipped with a warning light that shows when the grease filter needs to be cleaned. An operating hours meter can be used to determine roughly when the grease filter is saturated.

  • An air flow can be generated when you turn on the extractor hood a few minutes before cooking. This way, you can switch to a lower level after the searing phase.

  • Good hob lightning is important. All wall and island hoods are equipped with at least two halogen lamps. Halogen refers to a particularly bright, but not glaring light that pleasantly illuminates workstation as bright as day.

  • Exhaust extractor hoods need access to fresh air. They direct cooking steam through the metal grease filter to the outside air. With a circulating extractor hood, the extracted air is cleaned by an activated carbon filter and then returned to the kitchen. This option is particularly suitable when your kitchen offers no means of directing cooking odours from the extractor hood to the outside air. Almost all SIBIR extractor hoods can be used with exhaust or circulating air.

  • Wherever possible, we recommend directing the exhaust air outside. This transports odours out of the kitchen. Optimal results can be achieved when using an exhaust system (duct) with a 150 mm diameter.

  • From visible design elements to extractors discreetly integrated into the kitchen – different solutions may be right for you depending on your kitchen setup.

    On the wall
If the extractor hood should stand out visually, wall hoods are a good choice. These are also available as slanted extractor hoods. The extractor is installed on the wall, directly above the hob.

    In kitchen furniture
If you prefer to integrate the hood almost invisibly into your kitchen furniture, we recommend a fitted extractor hood – with a glass pull-out, flat panel or integrated range hood. These are ideal for kitchens that require a clever use of space.

    On the ceiling
For open-plan kitchens with a free-standing cooking island, extractor hoods installed on the ceiling are just the right solution. Choose your favourite from our elegant ceiling extractors and many attractive island hoods.

Worktop extractor or in the hob
Kitchen odours are extracted from where they arise straight away – directly on the hob. Our integrated hob extractors, extendable hob extractors or the induction hob with integrated extractor keep headroom free and extract odours from below.

  • Various models can be equipped with a long-life filter. This has a lifespan of around three years. It can be washed in the dishwasher and dried in the oven. Conventional activated carbon filters should be changed around every three months.

  • Extractors need ample air supply for good performance. This can be provided by an open window or an air supply element. Negative pressure (a vacuum) can arise if there is insufficient air supply, making the extractor noticeably louder and less effective at directing cooking odours outside.

  • Free headroom is important when cooking. It allows you to move around freely and without restriction. Slanted extractor hoods provide efficient performance and can help you when cooking. The special design keeps the hood in the background, ensuring plenty of free headroom.

  • The brilliant automatic program detects how dirty the dishes are at all times and adjusts the dishwashing process continuously. This means the appliance only uses the amount of resources and time necessary to achieve a perfect dishwashing result.

  • The automatic program recognises what your dishes need, allowing you to save up to 30% in water, electricity and regeneration salt consumption. The program duration is also controlled automatically. It takes between 50 to 85 minutes.

  • If you often clean ladles, wooden spoons, whisks or long meat knives in the dishwasher, it is a good idea to buy the Vario cutlery basket insert.

  • The Vario cutlery basket insert can easily hold any bulky utensils such as ladles, wooden spoons, whisks or long meat knives. It also allows 14 knives, forks and spoons to be placed without contacting each other. The third active spray level enables perfect cleaning, thereby achieving optimal dishwashing results.

  • All-in-one tabs comprise powder, rinse aid and regeneration salt. Since these substances are pressed together, they do not dissolve quickly enough to release their full cleaning effect during fast programs. Moreover, the proportions of rinse aid and salt are not sufficient for achieving the best possible cleaning result. For this reason, additional salt and rinse aid should be filled in the dishwasher.

  • Yes, absolutely! This is because the salt is needed to regenerate the softening unit built into the dishwasher. The softening unit descales the water that flows through the dishwasher. If the water is not descaled, the components integrated in the dishwasher will calcify. The all-in-one tabs only descale the water that flows into the dishwasher with a selected program, and only to a limited extent, since the amount of salt in the tab is also limited.

  • Yes, definitely. We always recommend filling rinse aid in the dishwasher in order to achieve optimal cleaning and drying results.

  • You can take the following steps:

    • Remove the sieve and clean it thoroughly.
    • Choose a stronger a program – such as the “Intensive” program.
    • Replenish regeneration salt.
    • Run the “Pre-rinse” program from time to time.
    • Buy a dishwasher cleaner and run the “Intensive” program with it.
  • Select the “Intensive” program and run a wash cycle with a standard dishwasher cleaner. These deposits can be prevented by using only powder or tabs with phosphate and avoiding phosphate-free powder or tabs.

  • Short programs are suitable for slightly dirty cups and saucers. Short programs are not suitable for normal or very dirty plates and pans etc. If you use tabs, we recommend selecting the “All-in-1” function in the user settings. The “All-in-1” function prolongs very quick programs. Extending the program allows the tabs to dissolve and release their full cleaning effect.

  • The “Delayed start” button is used to program the start time for the dishwasher. This way, you can benefit from cheaper electricity rates at night.

  • Thanks to the delayed start, you can run the dishwasher at the cheaper times at night. The most recently programmed time will be displayed to you. And since the dishwashers are as quiet as a whisper at 42 dB(A), you won't hear it.

  • This program reduces the washing temperature by 5°C, thereby saving 10% of the energy.

  • This program is suitable for particularly sensitive items like chopping boards or baby bottles.

  • Dishwashers have become an essential aid in any household. Following significant progress in reducing water and energy consumption in recent years, dishwashing not only saves time washing up but is now also far more economical and environmentally friendly than washing up by hand. While washing up by hand consumes around 40 litres of water, a SIBIR GS 55 S only uses 8 litres in its automatic program.

  • This is measured in standard place settings. Place settings are a standardised unit. A standard place setting contains a certain number of plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, bowls etc. Our dishwashes offer space for 12-14 standard place settings – depending on the model.

  • Not all crockery is suitable for dishwashing. We recommend the following:

    • Alkaline- and heat-sensitive items made from wood or plastic should be cleaned by hand.
    • Pottery tends to form cracks and produce fragments.
    • Imprinted glass and porcelain are only durable to a limited extent and can be damaged over time.
    • Depending on the type and cleaning agent used, glass can become cloudy. Find out whether the glass is dishwasher-safe.
    • In cut and thick crystal glasses and bowls, tension can arise that leads to breakage.
    • Do not wash any dishes with labels still attached. Dissolved adhesive labels can block the sieve system.
    • Items made from silver, copper and tin tend to develop brown or black stains.
    • Aluminium is prone to staining. Aluminium should be washed separately or by hand.
  • Poor cleaning results can be due to a variety of reasons – we have prepared a list of the most common reasons below:

    • Too many dishes have been packed into the dishwasher too closely to one another. This prevents the water jets from reaching all the dishes and results in spray shadows. Spray shadows refer to parts of the dishes that cannot be accessed by the water jet and are therefore left uncleaned.
    • The spray arms in your dishwasher are blocked and the pressure of the water jet is therefore inadequate for satisfactory cleaning. You can simply detach the spray arms (see the operating instructions). Then you can clean the nozzles on the spray arms under the tap and re-attach them.
    • Select the user setting “WashPlus”. “WashPlus” increases the amount of water and extends the duration of the program.
  • The dose of rinse aid can be increased in the user settings (the appliances are set to level 4 by default). This adds more rinse aid during the washing process and improves drying. Moreover, the setting “DryPlus” can be selected. This increases the temperature during rinsing and prolongs the program duration.

  • Part load – the program is adjusted to a smaller load. The water quantity is significantly reduced, saving between 1 to 6 litres of water. The program duration is shortened by up to 30 minutes.

  • The fondue/raclette program can help here. Fondue pots and mini raclette pans are perfectly cleaned without soaking. The program is also suitable as a “Super intensive” program thanks to the active soaking phase. Pre-rinsing burnt oven dishes is a thing of the past with this global innovation from V-ZUG.

  • With the integrable dishwashers, the control panel is visible. This is primarily suitable for ChromeClass/AluClass appliances, as they represent a design element. With the integrated design models, a plate glass control panel is used which is optimally aligned with the FutureLine design. A wooden element in the colour of your kitchen worktop is fitted under the control panel. In the case of the fully integrable dishwashers, the control panel is not visible. This is located at the end in the door.

  • For dishwashers that can be decorated, the control panel and the decor system are the same colour. For integrated dishwashers, the control panel is visible and the lower section is provided in the colour of your kitchen. In the case of fully integrable dishwashers, the entire front face is in the same colour as your kitchen.

  • Induction systems reflect the spirit of the times – they are faster and even more energy-efficient. 1 litre of water is brought to the boil in around 2 minutes. This is only possible with the use of a smart technology. With heat generated at the base of the pan, the heat is delivered exactly where it is needed. The glass around the heated hob remains largely cold – no energy is wasted! This is how you are able to save up to 40% in energy with induction compared to other heat systems.

  • Forgot to switch off or accidentally switched on? No problem! Thanks to pan detection, heat is only generated when a pan is placed on the hob. The time-controlled safety deactivation monitors each cooking zone, preventing a zone from running indefinitely. Little cooks in the kitchen? Simply activate the childproof lock.

  • Flush hobs enable perfect integration into the design of the worktop. They convey a sense of compactness in the kitchen. The hobs with the overlying glass frame (facet cut) produce an elegant overall look. Both the hobs with a chrome frame and hobs with an oversized frame (for swapping cooking zones) excel with their simple installation and classic design. They fit in with many kitchen combinations.

  • This decision is primarily a question of aesthetics and the worktop in the respective kitchen. Flush hobs are predominantly used on stone worktops. However, it must be possible to access the hob from underneath.

  • Light dirt can be removed with a fine cloth and washing-up liquid. In case of heavy dirt, apply glass ceramic cleaning agent with a sponge, allow to soak and remove with a cloth. Burnt-on dirt can be removed with a hob scraper.

  • Various hobs are available that feature a temperature-controlled warming surface. With induction hobs, there is a warming function that can be set on the cooking zone.

  • Under the glass ceramic hob, there is an induction coil instead of a heating element, which generates an electromagnetic alternating field. The magnetic field produces eddy currents in the base of the pan, which rapidly heats the magnetic pan material.

  • As a result of the prevalence of steamer appliances in kitchens, it is increasingly the case that steamers are exclusively used for preparing dishes. Experience shows that fewer and fewer pans are needed for cooking. For this reason, the 3-zone hob was introduced to create more space and clearance between the individual cooking zones.

  • In order to cook on an induction hob, the base of the pan needs to be ferromagnetic. Since induction hobs are now very widespread, the range of inexpensive pans available is also great.

  • To test whether your old pans can be used on an induction hob, simply hold a magnet against the base of the pan. If the magnet sticks to the pan, you can also use it on induction hobs. Otherwise, the pan cannot be used on the induction hob.

  • This new control feature makes cooking even more fun. The cooking levels can be changed by swiping a finger to the right or left.

  • To save you time when cooking, the cooking zones on almost all induction hobs are equipped with PowerPlus. This increases power output by up to 140% temporarily. PowerPlus puts up to 3,700 watts at your disposal.

  • Undercounter refrigerators are installed under the worktop in studios or small apartments. Conventional refrigerators are integrated into tall cupboards. They are available in the colours white and nero or feature a decor panel in the colour of your kitchen. FoodCenters are giants among refrigerators and feature an ice maker for ice cubes, crushed ice or ice water in addition to an enormous refrigerator compartment.

  • All FoodCenters are equipped with an extra-large ice maker that can dispense ice cubes, crushed ice or ice water. Perfect for your next cocktail party.

  • If you regularly defrost the refrigerator, install it in a cool place (not on a balcony), allow warm food to cool first before placing in the refrigerator, and tightly seal liquids like sauces, you can save energy and therefore costs.

  • The Freshbox offers the optimum conditions for storing meat, fish, poultry and sausages for longer periods at temperatures around freezing, so you don’t have to visit the butcher every day. The 0 degree zone is also ideal (with low air humidity).

  • The fully extendable beverage drawers provide plenty of vertical storage space for large bottles in a practical, removable basket. For horizonal storage, certain models also include a bottle rack.

  • The shatterproof glass shelves are height-adjustable, allowing larger items to also be stored in your refrigerator. Some models even perfect the art of efficient storage: with separable shelves that allow the front half to be slid back. This frees up space for particularly tall items on the lower shelf.

  • Thanks to a novel type of plastic, you benefit from improved hygiene in the refrigerator. It greatly reduces the growth or spread of harmful microbes on the surface of interior walls and the refrigerator door.

  • The 0 degree zone provides the ideal conditions (for high humidity) for storing vegetables, salad or herbs for almost twice as long.

  • FoodCenters require a water connection in order to utilise the functionality of the ice cube dispenser.

  • NoFrost technology means no more defrosting! All our FoodCenters are equipped with NoFrost technology. Thanks to the automatic, regular defrosting process, you do not need to bother with defrosting manually.

  • Our CombiCoolers were newly classified according to energy efficiency rating C on 1 March 2021. This makes them our most energy-efficient refrigerators. Their long-term service life also helps to save operating costs and resources.

  • Modern LED lights also provide good lighting conditions even when the refrigerator is fully stocked. The illumination concept with high-quality, fully integrated LED lights on the sides delivers optimum light distribution even in fully stocked refrigerators.

  • Dynamic convection cooling provides even circulation and distribution of cold air in the large refrigerator compartment. Besides greater flexibility in the placement of food in the refrigerator, you benefit from shorter cooling times.

  • Appliances with separate temperature regulation offer a holiday mode for deactivating the refrigerator compartment. This is recommended for longer periods of absence and saves even more energy. The freezer compartment is not affected by this function.

  • The two height-adjustable cooling zones for white wine and red wine can be independently set to the right temperature, exactly to the degree. The range covers 5°C to 18°C.

  • Refrigerators with four temperature zones are available. Besides the freezer compartment and the main refrigerator compartment, the Royal refrigerator features a cold drawer with free humidity control (0 degree zone), which keeps food fresh for up to three times as long, as well as a cellar compartment with a pull-out for bottles (8-12°C), which can be used to store cold-sensitive food (such as potatoes) at mild temperatures and beverages at a pleasant drinking temperature. These four temperature zones offer the greatest degree of flexibility and make this appliance truly unique in our range.

  • This additional cooling zone keeps beverages cool at a pleasant drinking temperature. The pull-out for bottles is attached to rails and is particularly practical. It contains a removable beverage basket that provides space for six bottles. With its mild temperature, the cellar compartment is ideally suitable for storing cold-sensitive food (e.g. potatoes) and exotic fruits.

  • Freshly stored food can be cooled down quickly and gently in the refrigerator or freezer compartment.

  • The “Extra care” program ensures gentle drying at 55°C and still only takes 90 minutes. This is what your delicate laundry has been waiting for! Tip: To achieve the greatest level of care, the laundry should always have enough space in the drum.

  • The “Crease guard” program is another highlight in laundry care. The program is particularly suitable for blouses, shirts, T-shirts or cotton trousers. After a program duration of 20 minutes, the garments are hung on the clothes hanger not completely dry. If necessary, a quick go-over with the iron is enough and your laundry will look nice and smooth – a welcome aid for any user.

  • The “Fluffing” program is ideal for this. It breathes new life into your woollen garments in just 5 minutes. Your sweaters and similar fabrics will feel even softer and fluffier on your skin and gently prevent possible irritation caused by scratching.

  • This program is suitable for thick, multi-layered textiles and a wide range of loads. It is not suitable for knitted wear, T-shirts or underwear and these garments may shrink.

  • A dirty lint filter and filter mat reduce the air flow when drying and result in longer drying times and higher energy consumption. The lint filter and filter mat should be cleaned regularly according to the operating instructions.

  • Well spun laundry needs less time to dry and saves energy. It is therefore recommended to spin laundry well before drying. Creases that occur during spinning are largely smoothed out in the dryer.

  • An automatic program is selected by tapping on a single button. All necessary settings are automatically assigned to the program. Additional functions can be selected or removed by tapping on the relevant button. If no button is tapped for around 20 seconds, the selected program will start automatically.

  • This program is suitable for homogeneous laundry such as hand towels or underwear.

  • All woollen textiles labelled as machine-washable can be dried in the dryer. The appliance dries gently with adapted drum motion and a low temperature (around 45°C).

  • For loosening up sensitive textiles (remove the textiles immediately after the program ends).

  • The “Anti mite” program eliminates mites and other allergens. Allergens are triggers of allergies. In particular, these include the excretions of house dust mites which are responsible for respiratory problems. House dust mites are very resilient. But none can survive the “Anti mite” program offered by the new generation of appliances. The washing machine runs for at least one hour at 60°C and follows with a thorough rinse that removes any trace of mite excretion.

  • If it’s urgent or you don’t want to go without your favourite garment, the two “Sprint” programs 40°C and 60°C are just right for you. The two “Sprint” programs use little water and energy, thereby protecting the environment as well as your laundry.

  • With our washing machines, it is possible to place the dryer both next to or on top of the washing machine.

  • Around 30% of people in Switzerland have skin that is so sensitive that well rinsed laundry is still insufficiently rinsed for them. The “Skin protection” program helps here. It works with a specially optimised rinsing process and highly effective flooding of the drum. Skin irritation and itching caused by washing detergent residue are now things of the past.

  • Back when allergens associated with washing machines were hardly discussed, SIBIR washing machines were already equipped with special drums with almost 14,000 holes – twice as many as conventional drums. This superior concept enables the thorough rinsing of washing machine detergent irritating to skin. Thanks to this concept, the laundry is also ideally protected in all programs and during spinning.

  • The SIBIR washing machines help you here. A sensor continuously monitors the soiling of rinse water and therefore detects when the laundry has been sufficiently rinsed. This delivers two benefits at once: a perfect rinsing result and a reduction of water consumption by up to 30%.

  • This program is started without laundry. A little water is heated to around 80°C and the amount of any microbes present is significantly reduced with steam.

  • A main program is selected by tapping on a single button. All necessary settings are automatically assigned to the program. Additional programs and functions can be selected or removed by tapping on the relevant button. If no button is tapped for around 20 seconds, the selected program will start automatically.

  • Normal laundry or clothes with stains? The soiling button allows the programs to be adapted to the degree of dirt. This is a typical extra function offered by SIBIR, as it saves additional water, energy and time.

  • The “Night saving” program saves up to 40% energy and 20% water. You benefit from cheap night rates and also protect the environment. What’s more: Adora works very quietly.

  • Washing powder is especially suitable for white laundry. This is because only washing powder contains bleaching agent and can therefore wash out stains from fruit, coffee, tea etc. more effectively.

  • We recommend checking the dosage and changing the detergent used accordingly, if necessary. Here we recommend using the amount of detergent stated by the manufacturer for 4-5 kg of laundry. You may need to check the water hardness setting or use a complete powder detergent (containing bleaching agent).

  • We recommend checking the dosage and changing the detergent used accordingly, if necessary. Here we recommend using the amount of detergent stated by the manufacturer for 4-5 kg of laundry.

      - Further mounting options
  • The laundry drying process works best in rooms with closed windows and doors. This reduces the inflow of moist air from outside.

  • 40 m of line is recommended for each 10 kg of laundry.

  • Ideally high enough so that the dry stream of air from ESCOlino flows directly through the laundry. However, the laundry will also dry with less ideal positioning. In single private households, the laundry hanging system is mounted as high as the customer wishes and deems appropriate. In apartment buildings, the washing lines are usually installed at a height of 180-190 cm. The washing line should not be mounted lower than the air outlet.

  • Radial placement allows optimum air flow. This results in a quicker drying process.

  • No, the drying time is not affected by the use of different washing detergents.

  • The use of fabric softener may result in a slightly longer drying time, but there are no studies available that confirm this assumption.
