During your three-year apprenticeship, you’ll work across different departments such as Purchasing, Sales Support, Customer Service, Marketing, Accounting, and Spare Parts Logistics. You’ll write offers, process orders, handle phone calls with customers, and support internal processes using modern digital tools.
Experienced team members will guide and support you, gradually introducing you to more responsibility as you grow into your role in the business world.
The apprenticeship as a Commercial Employee with Federal VET Diploma at SIBIR combines theoretical knowledge with hands-on, real-world experience. You’ll attend vocational school and regularly participate in inter-company training courses. Within the company, you’ll rotate through various teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of our products, processes, and customer needs.
