    • Repairs: CHF 220.00 – regardless of time required (travel, service from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., small parts, excluding spare parts)
    • Inspections and expert assessments: CHF 160.00 – per device or call-out (travel, service from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., inspection or expert assessment)
    • Regulatory inspection: CHF 20.00 – in accordance with NIV 15 regulations


    Important: It is not possible to switch between flat-rate and standard pricing at will. You choose the model that suits you in advance. However, the flat-rate fee for ‘installation’ can be combined with standard pricing for repairs, for example.
