Participation is very simple:
Answer the two questions on a scale of 1-6, describe your experience with our service in the comments field (optional), provide your email address so we can contact you and submit the form.
Conditions of participation
articipation is open to persons who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation. Employees of SIBIRGroup AG are excluded from participation. Eligible participants can take part in the competition by entering the satisfaction survey using the QR code on the card received.
The winner will be notified by e-mail.
The winner has three working days from the date of contact to accept the prize. Acceptance is made by sending a confirmation of the e-mail back to SIBIRGroup AG. The complete address must be stated in the message. If the prize is not accepted in time, the claim to the prize will be forfeited without compensation.
Reservation
SIBIRGroup AG reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time. Furthermore, we reserve the right to terminate or interrupt the competition or the prize draw at any time for good cause without prior notice. Participants shall not be entitled to any claims for compensation against SIBIRGroup AG in the event of modification, suspension or termination of the competition by SIBIRGroup AG.
Data protection
The personal data provided by the participant will only be stored for the duration of the competition and its execution, in compliance with the data protection regulations of the SIBIRGroup. All personal data will be deleted after the competition has been completed. No data will be passed on to third parties.
Legal
The laws of Switzerland shall apply exclusively. Cash payment or exchange of the prize is not possible. The legal process is excluded.
